Community & Social Media Coordinator

AltaTV is a fast-growing digital media company specializing in short-form vertical content for global audiences. Were a passionate team of creators, producers, and storytellers working at the forefront of online entertainment. About the Role: Were looking for a Community & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help us manage and grow our audience across social platforms. Youll be responsible for maintaining healthy engagement in our user communities and supporting the operation of our matrix accounts (especially on platforms like Facebook). This is a junior-level position, perfect for someone with a bit of hands-on experience whos excited to grow in the digital content space. What Youll Do: Manage and engage with user communities across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) Operate and post content on matrix accounts (especially on Facebook) to support distribution and audience growth Monitor comments and DMs, and respond to user inquiries in a timely and friendly manner Help brainstorm and execute audience engagement campaigns and content ideas Track basic performance metrics and community feedback, and report insights to the team Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy What Were Looking For: 1+ years of experience in social media or community management Familiarity with Facebook and other major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Strong communication and writing skills in English A proactive, responsible attitude and strong attention to detail Passion for digital content, online communities, and staying on top of trends Bonus: Experience operating multiple accounts or working with creator/influencer content Why Join Us: Opportunity to grow with a rising digital brand Flexible working environment Hands-on experience in the fast-paced short-form content industry Seniority level
