Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a strategy to deliver a best-in-class operational support experience to CNH customers and dealers Collaborate with brand partners to build a customer support strategy through a variety of engagement channels Serve as the central development point for operational training content such as how to videos, and equipment quick reference material Create and lead a team of training and support professionals with expertise in operating agriculture equipment and technology solutions Experience Required
Bachelors degree is required; Business/Marketing or Agriculture related field preferred8+ years of experience in heavy equipment or agricultural industry 4+ years directly supporting or leading the support of customers and/or dealers Preferred Qualifications
Strong familiarity with CNH Equipment Strong agriculture equipment operational knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Personal farming experience, or knowledge of farming practices Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance customer or product support operations. Preferably in the agriculture or industrial space. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML modelssuch as natural language processing or predictive analyticsinto support platforms, training, workflows, or automation pipelines What We Offer
