You'll join a team that values continuous learning, bold thinking, and doing the right thing-even when it's hard.How You Will Make an ImpactCollaborate with Project Management, Quality Control (QC), Commercial Planning, and clients to ensure material specifications and testing requirements are defined and met in support of the manufacturing schedule.Ensure timely coordination of sampling, testing, and release of materials according to approved specifications and cGMP standards.Partner with ERP administration to create and maintain accurate material master data, including component numbers and testing specifications for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.Coordinate with Purchasing to assess supplier capabilities, ensure material availability, and monitor cost and service performance.Support the handling, tracking, and reporting of DEA-controlled substances, including ARCOS/YERS submissions, quota management, and permit applications.Manage controlled substance imports, exports, inventory control, and reporting in accordance with federal and state regulations.Evaluate inventory levels regularly and forecast material needs against production demand to mitigate shortages or excess.Maintain traceability and accuracy of commercial shipments per FDA and State of Florida regulations.Partner cross-functionally to identify documentation needs, communicate material readiness, and resolve material-related issues.Support regulatory and client audits by providing material records, inventory reports, and process documentation as needed.Monitor and track external sample requests and ensure proper handling and documentation.Oversee logistics personnel supporting the cycle count program and inventory accuracy initiatives.What You Will Bring to the RoleBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field is highly preferred.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production planning, inventory control, or logistics within a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred).An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Prior experience working with ERP systems; SAP, D365, or similar systems strongly preferred.
