Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and optimize their warehouse materials operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials, both domestically and internationally, to support seamless production processes. Inventory Management:
Oversee and schedule the receipt of materials from global vendors. Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with production plans and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. Warehouse Operations:
Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. Ensure all materials are correctly labeled, stored, and documented, following FIFO or FEFO principles. System Management:
Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage consumable items and equipment. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement efficiency improvements using lean practices and 5S principles. Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material supply. Participate in cross-functional meetings and report on KPIs. Basic Qualifications:
Korean language proficiency is required. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in warehouse/material management, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in MES/WMS and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of inventory control concepts. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive or chemical manufacturing industries. Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
