Our team is seeking a game-changing software engineer to develop and implement embedded programming solutions and advanced digital signal processing algorithms within high-performance, multifunction, heterogeneous compute sensor processing products. In this role, you will serve as a senior software engineer on an integrated product team dedicated to designing, prototyping, and demonstrating Radar, Electronic Warfare, and Communications multi-function processing capabilities. The work includes: Develop, implement, and maintain embedded programming solutions within a high-performance, heterogeneous compute sensor product line Develop, prototype, and demonstrate digital signal processing chains targeting multi-function sensor processing technologies Collaborate across product teams; architect and drive embedded compute solutions for next-generation products Why Join Us

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field - Strong embedded software programming experience (C/C++, ARM/MCU experience or equivalent) - Experience with industry-standard software development practices (Agile, DevSecOps, etc.) - Active or ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance - Ability to support up to 10% travel Desired Skills
- Additional software programming experience (C/C++, CUDA, Python, Rust) - Exposure to Radar, Electronic Warfare, Communications systems - Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated experience with embedded and non-embedded software architecture and design This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
