Clinical Supervisor Halfway House- Sioux City, Iowa

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and clinical supervision to a team of behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, effective, and ethical client care. This role ensures that clinical services meet organizational standards, licensing regulations, and evidence-based practices. The Clinical Supervisor supports staff development through training, performance evaluations, and guidance while also contributing to program planning, quality improvement, and compliance with clinical documentation standards. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or other related field, or equivalent experience and training; Master's degree in licensable degree program preferred; Minimum tCADC within 90 days of hire or transfer, or achieve licensure as a LBSW, LMSW, tLMHC, or other state or national licensure that supersedes the tCADC Qualifications: Previous work experience in a behavioral health program required. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred, including providing clinical oversight and supporting multidisciplinary teams Proven track record of competency in clinical skills Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, clinical documentation standards, and applicable ethical and legal guidelines Ability to mentor, coach and develop clinical staff while fostering a positive team environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Computer proficiency required Ability to accurately complete required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Valid driver's license and the ability to meet agency insurance requirements Must have own transportation to travel to various sites Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance Essential Responsibilities: Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. Supervise assigned positions including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings and/or feedback, scheduled evaluations and disciplinary interventions as required. Supervise clinical services delivered to clients at halfway house. Monitor and maintain the halfway house program compliance with all applicable rules and regulatory standards. Ensure client service records are maintained consistently within applicable rules and regulations. Conduct clinical review of treatment planning for clients. Consult with leadership to develop policies, goals, objectives and procedures of the assigned program. Interface with Medical Director to align clinical practices with medical protocols and ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Assume responsibility for the physical maintenance of the unit and request necessary repairs or services from leadership or the applicable department. Ensure that the clinic environment remains therapeutic, safe, and conducive to recovery, fostering an atmosphere that supports clients' progress and well-being. Participate in the Performance Improvement and Utilization Review process and serve on committees as directed. Understand and comply with all principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Ethics. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients, and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by leadership.
