We are actively looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our most crucial innovation projects and programs at Donaldson. This is an exciting opportunity to manage innovative research and development projects while collaborating with a broad group of internal and external resources. The project mix will be diverse as Corporate Technology projects are in support of a multitude of products and Industries. This is a great opportunity to make meaningful contributions and grow your career with Donaldson.This role must be able to work out of our Bloomington, MN office on a hybrid schedule.Role Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects concurrently providing leadership for cross functional global project teamsLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and coordination of projects from ideation through proof of concept, transfer, and commercializationManage and coordinate internal and external activities while ensuring good customer relations and representing the interest of DonaldsonCommunicate project status and progress to senior leadership, and key stakeholdersBuild relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and vendors to enable successful outcomesPromote safety & facilitate equipment deployment by applying industry standards in procurement requirementsTRAVEL: Up to 20%Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field5+ years of project management experience1+ year of project leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated leadership qualities, project management skills, and fluent with project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.Successful track record of interaction with senior level professionals to drive business outcomes, resolve issues, and build consensusPrior experience working with Research and Development or Innovation teamsPMP or other program management certificationPresentation skills and ability to communicate at all levelsAbility to effectively manage the interaction of vendors and customersAnnual Salary Range : $93,800 - $122,000.Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
