Address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction. Utilize our banking software to manage transactions and customer accounts effectively and efficiently. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. No prior experience in financial services required-just a passion for customer service and helping others. Basic math and computer skills are a must.
