Restaurant Server
We're seeking experienced, service-driven professionals to join our front-of-house team as Restaurant Servers. This role is all about creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service, thoughtful recommendations, and a deep understanding of our food and beverage offerings.
Servers are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism while delivering warm, welcoming service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include: Guide guests through the dining experience using a consistent, high-quality service approach Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring attention to details, modifications, and allergy concerns Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly throughout the course of service Offer menu and beverage recommendations, including wine, beer, and cocktail pairings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage menus, daily specials, and events Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to coordinate timing and accommodate special requests Maintain clean, organized stations and follow all sidework and closing procedures Process guest payments accurately and in compliance with cash-handling procedures Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless service Benefits (for full-time Team Members)
