Must be able to work 2-5 days per week including weekends and holidays, and school breaks. Admissions Sales Associate
Essential duties may include: Processing all transactions through the ticketing point-of-sale system Validating tickets and admitting entry into the park, including seamless entry of school groups and summer camps Handling membership inquiries and explaining benefits as needed Providing excellent service to guests including maintaining general knowledge of park attractions, amenities, and enforcing general park rules Preparing reports as required Assisting the team in carrying out any additional gate operational duties Qualification Requirements
Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to engage in park related conversations with the general public Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds Comfortable being exposed to cold and hot weather conditions Ability to work well within a team as well as independently Successfully be able to learn cash register and point-of-contact sale system responsibilities EOE/ AA/M/F/Vets/Disabled #LI-DNI Salary Range
