Inventory Production Coordinator

works at a client site in

Williston, SC

with the hours of

Monday - Thursday from 7am - 4:30pm and Friday 7am - 11am .

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work on-site at an important client's warehouse to evaluate the usage of inventory supplied by us, so we can meet this customer's supply needs. In this liaison role, this person maintains accurate information, resolves emerging problems before they become bigger issues, and plays the vital role of developing strong customer relations to sustain our long-term relationship and evolve with them. Must be comfortable with wearing multiple hats as part Salesperson, part Inventory Control Specialist, counting stock, and doing Warehouse work by stocking shelves with our graphics.

What Success Looks Like:

Initial 90 Days Onboarding at DALB HQ, Kearneysville, WV. LearnDALB's ERP and operating Systems: Sage, Salesforce Establish keyrelationships with Sales,Purchasing and frontlinepersonnel @ Crane Participate in daily-weekly-monthly production-forecasting calls/meetings Adhere to customers safety,equipment training and building regulations Weekly calls with DALB Manager and inventory report outs Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate inventory count of DALB supplied graphics at Crane Stock shelves at Crane with inbound graphics Keep inventory area clean and organized daily Personally, attend Crane daily production meetings Review the Crane production schedule to identify graphics needs, inventory shortages, and provide delivery expectations on orders Meet with Crane procurement contact, production line leaders and sales team daily to discuss needs and issues Coordinate inventory replenishment with Crane personnel and obtain purchase orders as needed Manage damaged inventory and replacements as well as obsolete graphics Cycle Count inventory weekly, update scheduling requirements daily Accurately process orders received from customer by entering them into DALB ERP system Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service background preferred, verbal and written communication skills Prior very basic accounting and reconciliation of inventory counts a plus Must be able to work independently with little oversight AND strong accountability ina warehouse environment Must have common sense and business acumen to attend client meetings and represent our interests as a primary supplier Must be able to regularly lift 15 - 35pounds at a time unassisted, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Forklift certified or able to obtain with training provided What We Offer:
