Cadence Application Analyst
We are looking for an Epic Cadence Scheduling Analyst who is excited about meeting the various scheduling and patient access needs of Deaconess and our customers. With the ever-changing landscape of healthcare today, we are looking for knowledgeable resources capable of assisting IT in completing the tasks listed below. Provide support, maintenance and system configuration for facility structure, provider accessibility and utilization, scheduling and referrals in our Epic system. Manage Epic system optimizations and enhancements related to facility structure, scheduling, patient access and referrals. Maintain the Epic security of Cadence Scheduling users and departments. Research, evaluate and recommend process improvements. Provide troubleshooting, problem solving and issue resolutions. Maintain EMR testing scripts related to Cadence Scheduling workflows and processes. This position will assist in driving increased efficiencies, adapt to future work models while enhancing end user and patient experience. This position will deal with broad functionality systems, designing, developing and integration from the start of the project life cycle through the end. A qualified candidate should have an eye for solving complex problems and attention to detail.
