Billing/Collections Specialist (Law Firm) 55,00070,000 As the Billing/Collections Specialist, your responsibilities include providing clients billing/collections on a daily and monthly basis and auditing the books each month to ensure all bills and payments are correct. Responsibilities: Create and review monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports relating to the billing process S erve as a point of contact for clients on payment inquiries and disputes Troubleshooting technical issues relating to clients bills Meet collection targets and assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications: Current legal billing experience is required. Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
