About the Role: Leading Complex Pipefitting Installations

As a Lead Pipefitting Superintendent, you'll be responsible for supervising pipefitting projects ranging from $250,000 to

$ 8,000,000 in complexity. You'll oversee work on diverse systems, from fundamental industrial installations to intricate, multi-system projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Supervise all aspects of pipefitting installations, ensuring proper work methods and efficient progress. Safety & Compliance: Assist in administering the company's safety program, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and housekeeping rules. Resource Management: Ensure the availability of plans, blueprints, materials, and tools, and coordinate stock acquisition from supply locations. Team Guidance: Provide clear instructions, maintain current knowledge of procedures, policies, and directives, and lead your team to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Quality Assurance: Continuously check work in progress and upon completion to ensure alignment with supervisor instructions, work sequences, procedures, methods, and deadlines. Communication & Reporting :

Serve as a vital link, obtaining necessary information or decisions from supervisors on emergent problems and providing timely reports on work status, progress, and delays to superintendents and project managers. What You'll Bring: Expertise & Leadership

Extensive Experience :

Minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience in the pipefitting trade, with at least 3 years of verifiable supervisory experience. Technical Mastery: Thorough knowledge of pipefitting blueprints, specifications, and codes, as well as blueprints for other major crafts. System Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of all plumbing/piping systems, from domestic water to medical gas. Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with employees, clients, and multiple foremen under your supervision. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to schedule complex projects and consistently meet demanding deadlines. Benefits:
