Position Type Department Division Division Financial Affairs and Online Education Campus Campus Troy Work Status Work Status Full-Time (FT) Temporary Temporary No Location Location Troy - T01 Job Summary The IT eSystem Analyst II/Training Coordinator position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining hardware; providing advanced support for a wide variety of software applications; completing helpdesk requests in a timely manner in a high-paced environment; analyzing training needs; coordinating with all locations on the development of curriculum and delivering courses; development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results; developing and maintaining continual education support materials used for reference once training has been completed; consulting with the managers and supervisors to assess training needs and developing programs to match these needs; and continually evaluating procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed. Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree in a related field OR a minimum of three years of related experience 2. Ability to display a positive attitude, teamwork, and timeliness Preferred Qualifications Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties?
