Position Overview The DC Associate provides 'WOW' customer service to all our customers by receiving and processing inbound cartons, picking and shipping beautifully wrapped product accurately and efficiently, and maintaining accurate inventory within the Distribution Center for a high-volume environment. Reporting to the Department Lead, the Seasonal DC Associate will be trained in all areas of inbound and outbound distribution. Responsibilities: Pick product accurately utilizing guidance of WMS technologyPack orders in accordance with guidelines to deliver exceptional customer servicePerform inventory maintenance tasks such as cycle counts and replenishmentsProcess inbound cartons and perform slotting activitiesAssist with processing of inbound returned product from Wholesale, Retail, and Marketing channelsPrepare outbound cartons for shipping and loading onto outbound trucksPrep carts, tables, and stations for daily workloadProvide regular progress updates to the Department LeadShift priorities as business dictates following guidance of leadership, often on short noticeCreate and maintain a positive and collaborative work environmentStrive for consistent achievement of performance expectations, including established departmental KPI'sEnsure a safe and clean working environmentOur Ideal Candidate will have: High School Diploma or equivalentDistribution or retail experience preferredPositive attitude that is contagious to othersBasic math, reading, writing skills in English and/or SpanishAbility to quickly learn and use new technology, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld operating systems, to efficiently track and manage inventory.Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Flexible availability for scheduling based on business needsPhysically capable of lifting and moving heavy items, up 60 lbs on a regular basis.Able to safely use ladders or step stools to access items stored at various heights.HE certification or ability to be licensedComfortable standing and walking for extended periods during shifts (up to 10 hours)Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredA growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideasA shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and PhilanthropyWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
