Associate Director, Channel Analytics

The Associate Director, Channel Analytics will be a key member of the Business Analysis team, responsible for leading marketing mix and channel analytics to optimize marketing investments and drive data-driven decision-making. This role will partner closely with commercial teams, omnichannel marketing, media teams, and external agencies to assess marketing effectiveness, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights that enhance promotional performance. Marketing Mix & Channel Analytics

Lead marketing mix modeling efforts to measure and optimize the impact of promotional investments across various channels (HCP, DTC, digital, non-personal promotion, etc.). Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models and other advanced analytics frameworks to assess channel effectiveness. Monitor omnichannel performance, evaluating engagement and conversion metrics to inform future campaign strategies. Partner with media teams to analyze paid, earned, and owned media performance and recommend budget allocation strategies. Business & Strategic Insights

Provide data-driven recommendations to marketing and brand teams on the most effective channels and tactics to improve customer engagement and business performance. Work cross-functionally to integrate marketing analytics into brand planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes of different marketing strategies. Evaluate customer and campaign segmentation to ensure efficient targeting and resource allocation. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing, sales, and finance teams, translating analytics into business impact. Work closely with data science, data engineering, and external analytics vendors to refine models and methodologies. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner. Ensure alignment with commercial strategy and compliance with industry best practices. Qualifications/ Required Knowledge/ Experience and Skills:

7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing mix modeling, or channel performance analytics. Strong expertise in statistical modeling, attribution modeling, and media effectiveness measurement. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, or data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI). Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and media measurement, including digital, HCP, and DTC strategies. Ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Preferred:

Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry. Knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques for marketing analytics. Familiarity with third-party data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Nielsen, etc.) Competencies:

Minimum $164,530.00 - Maximum $245,985.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting salary for candidates hired to perform the work.
