Job Title:
Concrete Foreman
Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable Concrete Foreman to lead crews on
commercial concrete foundation and slab projects . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supervising concrete crews and managing job sites.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial foundation and slab projects
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
Coordinate with project managers and other trades on site
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage
Enforce safety protocols and company policies
Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience leading concrete crews on commercial projects
Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to read plans and specifications
