Ensure facility safety by adhering to all safety standards and guidelines, including conducting safety inspections and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintain merchandise presentation in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas by managing claims and returns, receiving and stocking goods, and organizing displays. Provide exceptional member service by understanding their needs, assisting with product selection, and resolving any issues. Comply with food handling policies and maintain cleanliness in the freezer/cooler/deli areas while monitoring equipment functionality.
