CRM Solution Architect at Cognizant in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description CRM Solution Architect (Remote) As a CRM Solution Architect, you will make an impact by leading and managing Salesforce projects within the Medical Devices domain. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce project team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers. In this role, you will: - Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. - Oversee the migration and integration of Salesforce data ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. - Manage Salesforce configuration and customization to meet the unique needs of the Medical Devices domain. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Salesforce community implementations. - Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What you need to have to be considered: - Demonstrate proficiency in project planning and management within the Medical Devices domain. - Exhibit strong technical skills in Salesforce data migration and integration. - Possess expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization. - Have experience with Salesforce communities and their implementation. - Show excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
