As PX/Senior Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of major construction projects from concept through closeout. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams while overseeing project schedules, cost control, procurement, and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead ground-up and large-scale renovation projects ($25M-$100M+) Collaborate with precon and estimating teams early in project lifecycle Direct subcontractor procurement and contract execution Manage internal APMs and coordinate closely with field teams Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, and budget goals Serve as the face of the company for owners, architects, and consultants MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The PX/Senior Project Manager will have: 10+ years of experience in project management for a GC or CM Experience managing $25-100M+ ground-up projects from precon through turnover Familiar with multifamily and commercial construction Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and Excel Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Strong coordination, leadership, and client-facing skills What's on Offer
The PX/Senior Project Manager will receive: SPM: $175K-$200K base + bonus potential PX: $185-225K base + bonus potential 401K plan with company match 65% employer-paid health insurance PTO and holidays Additional benefits may apply
