Job Operations Support / Data Manager

Position Overview
Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). QinetiQ is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoD to design, develop, field, and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter. We are seeking an Operations Support and Data Manager. The Operations Support and Data Manager is responsible for handling data and operational level support on classified systems. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) security processes and procedures as well as prior experience with senior level operations, coordination, and communications. This position requires an individual who can work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success. Responsibilities
Provide advise on security documentation and coordinate with the IC, DoD, and security agent security staffs. Assist with completing IC facility accreditation or co-use approvals, individual program access approvals, and review Contractor security program plans. Provide executive level data management support including conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests. Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases including for record keeping purposes. Shall develop and maintain schedules using standard Microsoft Suite applications (experience with Microsoft Project preferred). Identify areas of improvement with actionable, feasible recommendations, and tasks for reducing risk where appropriate as well as support risk identification, process definition, and detailed technical risk mitigation plans. Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in classified systems data handling and operational level support. Highly knowledgeable in DoD and IC security processes and procedures. Experience with senior level operations, coordination, and communication. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to identify and solve problems. Bachelors Degree 5+ years of relevant experience TS/SCI required Eligibility Preferred Qualifications
