Finance Clerk!
The Finance Clerk is a vital member of the Accounting team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily operations of the department. This role assists the Directors & Assistant Directors of Finance by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of accounting functions.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with invoice creation, distribution, and follow-up Prepare and maintain financial documents and spreadsheets Perform data entry and organize financial records Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries Provide general administrative support the Finance team as needed The hourly rate range for this position is $28.20 to $28.76/hour. The starting rate for this position is $28.20/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $28.76/hour.
