Job Title: Staff, Solution Architect Integrations

The Staff, Solution Architect Integrations will play a pivotal role in the Service Management and Platform Architecture team, focusing on the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure integrations between ServiceNow and a wide array of enterprise systems. Based in Atlanta, this role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Platform Architect and will work alongside a team of experienced solution architects. This position is essential for driving the reliability and efficiency of service operations by enabling seamless data and process flows across enterprise and SaaS platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Jira, Salesforce, PagerDuty, BigPanda, and AI-driven chatbots. The Staff Solution Architect will be responsible for defining integration strategies, designing technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. Your Role Accountabilities: Define and maintain the integration architecture for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business goals. Evaluate and select appropriate integration methods (REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, Agentic flows) based on system requirements and constraints. Develop integration roadmaps and reference architectures to support long-term scalability and maintainability. Design and document end-to-end integration solutions that are secure, resilient, and optimized for performance. Leverage ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and custom scripting to build and deploy integrations. Collaborate with middleware teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data exchange and process orchestration. Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams implementing integrations. Review integration configurations and code for quality, performance, and compliance with security standards. Contribute to the development of integration standards, reusable components, and automation frameworks. Partner with business analysts, developers, and system owners to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Act as a liaison between platform architecture and service delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Monitor integration performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing integration workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in enterprise integration and ServiceNow capabilities. Qualifications & Experiences: 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or integration engineering, with a focus on ServiceNow. Proven experience designing and implementing integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba), SaaS platforms (e.g., Jira, Salesforce), and operational tools (e.g., PagerDuty, BigPanda). Experience with ServiceNow architecture, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). Strong knowledge of integration protocols and standards (REST, SOAP, OAuth, SAML, JDBC). Experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience. Not Required but Preferred Experience: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer. Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps). Familiarity with SRE principles and tooling. ITIL Foundation or higher-level certifications. Experience in media, entertainment, or similarly complex global organizations. Preferred candidates will be Atlanta based, as relocation is not offered with this position. Must be eligible for work in US without visa sponsorship now or in the future (this includes OPT).
