Job Summary As a senior program manager, you will work in and out of the field to provide product subject matter expertise and support to our California Teachers Association clients in a hybrid approach of online and in-person interaction within the territory of Southern California. Develop and manage effective relationships with chapter presidents, site representatives, and district staff in coordination with the voluntary sales representative to understand their needs and act as liaison between home office and the customers.
Facilitate the enrollment and re-enrollment process, including conducting and providing education on available enrollment opportunities.
Identify and pursue opportunities to improve profitability, retention, and growth of sales, taking the opportunity to promote new product offerings and enhanced product features along the way.
Provides program wide support for sales and enrollment enablement activities such as management of virtual appointment program, program-wide data governance, maintenance Salesforce, dashboards, and huddle boards.
Skills and Background Youll Need Five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in sales financial services including customer facing interaction.
Ability to travel (50% or more) within the assigned territory of Southern California (approx. Los Angeles to the most southern border).
Current California Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 6-months of hire.
Availability to work weekends on an as needed basis.
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience presenting products to a large audience, serving as a subject matter expert for all inquiries.
Experience working with California Teachers Association or related unions is a plus.

Salary Range: $74,500.00 - $108,750.00
