Job Summary
We are seeking a
detail-oriented and highly organized Order Management Data Associate (Contract)
to support our wholesale retail operations within the dynamic beauty industry. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of order data across internal systems and retail partner portals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a proactive and data-driven mindset, and has experience working with beauty retailers, understanding EDI orders, vendor compliance, and fulfillment timelines. Key Responsibilities Download customer orders via SPS Commerce EDI and organize data into a master file. Compare order quantities to warehouse inventory balance reports to confirm order fulfillment status. ccurately enter data into respective systems without duplicates. Manage and maintain customer order details, including order quantities and amounts for each SKU, on a weekly and monthly basis. Ensure timely processing of customer orders through effective communication with cross-functional teams. Monitor REACH order statuses and update ASN and invoices in SPS Commerce. pply vendor allowances/discounts accurately and submit reports as needed. Troubleshoot ASN and invoice-related issues within SPS Commerce. Submit shipment details and billing invoices to customers. Validate orders, including pricing and shipping window extensions, and perform necessary follow-ups. Investigate and resolve issues with credit/return orders in collaboration with finance and warehouse teams. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management or related fields). Experience:
1-3 years in order management, data entry, or sales support roles within wholesale or retail beauty brands. Familiarity with
EDI transactions
and retailer portals. dvanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(e.g., complex spreadsheets, PivotTables). Experience working with
ERP systems
(preferably SAP) is a plus. Passion for process improvement and eliminating inefficiencies. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). bility to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
