Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments such as office furniture, IT equipment, and packing materials Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, wrapping, and loading for job site delivery Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system Coordinate with project managers, drivers, and clients to meet scheduling needs Support staging, racking, and organization of commercial assets Assist with asset tagging, storage, and job-specific staging Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and cleanliness standards Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (shipping/receiving preferred) Familiarity with office furniture or commercial moving equipment is a plus Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Plan Paid time off and holidays Career development and growth within the Beltmann family Education
