to own, organize, and execute the entire digital content engine. This is a hybrid role requiring strong content strategy
and
hands-on production across copy, visual assets, and AI-powered marketing tools. You'll take our HubSpot
Content Hub
(with full remix functionality), build a scalable content library, create templates, manage submissions from the field and sales teams, and deploy high-performing digital content across multiple brands. Youll write it, manage it, optimize it, and turn AI into a performance multiplier. This isnt about polishing blogs or building a pretty brand guide. Its about shipping content that drives leads, conversions, upsells, and lifetime value across a fragmented national business. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Execution Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts using AI assistance and Content Hub tools Develop agent-focused nurture series (story-driven, segmented by brand to avoid market saturation) Write and build email campaigns, automated templates, and conversion-optimized layouts in HubSpot Develop social media creative and copy with a blend of value content, brand voice, and trending visuals Create eBooks, guides, and long-form content to drive agent loyalty and lead generation Produce presentations for the sales team, emphasizing story and competitive differentiation Develop app visuals (skins, graphics) in collaboration with product and design teams Produce content assets for webinars, including slides, promotional emails, registration pages, and follow-up sequences Write and support PMAX campaign copy, landing page content, ad visuals, and assets optimized for Google performance Build and maintain a system of supporting blog visuals and content thumbnails Produce occasional print ads (e.g., agent magazines, industry inserts) Support trade show deliverables, including booth graphics, pop-up banners, and event-specific handouts Write all marketing copy, including new product/service messaging, brand storytelling, and M&A communications
Content Infrastructure & Operations Build and maintain a centralized content library: decks, photos, blogs, video scripts, social, eBooks, etc. Establish and manage submission systems for inspectors and sales reps to contribute content from the field Own HubSpot Content Hub + Remix to atomize long-form content into multi-channel assets Collaborate with SEO, paid, and CRM teams to ensure content supports full-funnel goals Ensure brand voice consistency, localized market differentiation, and asset reuse across brands without duplication Own project briefs, timelines, and asset delivery across print and digital campaigns What You'll Own Content Execution + Management Build and maintain a full-funnel digital content library (videos, photos, slide decks, email copy, landing pages, social, SMS) Use HubSpot Content Hub + Content Remix to atomize content across channels and campaigns Write and produce your own contentno separate writer or designer behind you Build and enforce a scalable content taxonomy, tagging, and access structure
Content Systems + Submissions Develop processes and templates for field inspectors and sales reps to submit usable content from inspections and events Create and maintain creative brief templates for campaign requests across brands Manage a living archive of approved and evergreen content that can be deployed across units and teams
AI + Automation Integration Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI) to enhance production speed, optimize engagement, and personalize content at scale Test, iterate, and implement AI content strategies tied to real performance outcomes
Brand Enablement + Scalability Create content templates (emails, flyers, decks, SMS, landing pages) that can be reused across geographies and business units Support rebrands, acquisitions, and cross-brand alignment through consistent messaging and assets Collaborate with SEO, paid media, and email teams to drive high-ROI content campaigns Who You Are 7+ years in digital content marketing with a portfolio that spans B2C, email, web, and social Proven hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot Breeze, etc.) to produce marketing content Deep experience with HubSpot, especially Content Hub and automated content workflows Obsessive about organization and systemization, you love folders, version control, and scalable templates Strong writing skills across formats (email, web, social, decks, scripts), you dont outsource Capable of working cross-functionally and independently to hit fast-moving deadlines Bonus: Experience in multi-brand orgs, home services, or private equity-backed companies Travel Required
