Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++)

Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining robust and efficient infotainment features for next generation IVI/HUD. Optimize performance, safety and security of the software using state-of-the art algorithms and dedicated hardware components. Be part of a fast-paced, highly motivated agile team developing cutting-edge customer features for the Lucid Air/Gravity line of products. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree in the areas of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other related fields, Masters preferred 5+ years of industry experience. Good experience in C and C++ programming in the embedded context. Good experience in related technologies (e.g., Multimedia, Android Auto, CarPlay) for Automotive IVI / HUD. Development experience with embedded operating systems/RTOS such as Android/Linux/QNX. Experience in development of Android HAL layers. Real time debugging on hardware using Emulators / Debuggers and software debugging skills. Experience using tools such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, UML etc. Agile experience. Good Communication Skills, Logical Reasoning, Proactive, Self-Motivated. Preferred:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as Memory Leaks, IPC, Performance etc. Domain knowledge and experience of software development on the Android system and SDK. Experience using OpenCV and ML algorithms is a plus. Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
