We are seeking a skilled Web Administrator with strong WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise to manage and enhance our online presence. Youll oversee a members-only portal, manage digital content, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications or a related field At least 4+ years of proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS, and Content Management Systems (CMS) Proven experience with members-only portals and secure user flows Strong content management, publishing, and digital asset management skills Familiarity with email mailing systems (MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar) Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins Set up and maintain user registration processes and account flows within WordPress CMS Build and manage members-only portals/online communities Create, edit, and publish digital content (blogs, pages, media assets) Coordinate and manage approval workflows for online content Collaborate with teams to optimize website functionality and user experience Work with email mailing systems for updates and member communications Support member registrations, logins, and account-related issues Provide instructional materials and assist members with portal use Manage timelines, multiple stakeholders, and project-related tasks
