Clinical Director

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join our leadership team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape clinical quality and support a growing network of BCBAs and behavior technicians delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Golden Care Therapy is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services to families in need. We emphasize clinical excellence, compassionate care, and consistent support for our teams and the families we serve.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical oversight and leadership to BCBAs and RBTs across multiple casesEnsure quality assurance, compliance with BACB guidelines, and ethical service deliverySupport onboarding, mentorship, and training of new BCBAsConduct clinical reviews, monitor client progress, and support program integrityCollaborate with operations to ensure appropriate staffing and caseload distributionAssist in developing clinical policies and protocols to promote excellence in careServe as a point of escalation for clinical concerns or high-risk casesQualifications:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standingAt least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong understanding of in-home ABA service deliveryExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and lead a remote or hybrid clinical teamWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysHealth and dental insuranceIf you are a clinical leader passionate about improving the lives of children and supporting clinicians to thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
