Position Summary:
Data Specialist for Infor CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management: Infor FSM/Lawson General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets, Projects, Purchase Order, Inventory Control, Requisitions, Receiving, Contract Management, Mobile Supply Chain Management. Provides the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to supporting the development of an Infor FSM solution that meets business needs, creates business value and aligns with industry standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Responsible for extraction, transformation, and loading of financial and supply chain data (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets, Projects, Purchase Order) from legacy system to Infor FSM Functional accounting experience preferred. Understanding of financials including: general ledger, trial balance, income statement. Responsible for end-to-end data load process Ability to collaborate with team members on data process and issues related to data conversion Experience with DB Import, Infor ION, JSON, Infor Process Automation (IPA) Experience with Infor APIs Experience with SQL ability to write scripts to extract data from legacy system for conversion Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, organizing data) Ability to analyze raw financial data from legacy system to transform data into new Infor FSM format Responsible for identifying any data issues and scrubbing of data Responsible for validating data from legacy system to Infor FSM Attends planning and status meetings with key client personnel to understand project requirements Performs other related duties as assigned.
