Location/Division Specific Information: Hybrid role - 4 days in the office Frederick, MD/Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division Discover Impactful Work: Generate supply plan to fulfill requirements of the demand plan. Work with the manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure supply availability is sufficient to meet demand requirements. Deliver customer fulfillment targets while limiting working capital costs. Deploy new process changes, templates, and work on projects with other functions. A day in the Life: Build short term and long-term production plans. Implement and maintain supply planning processes. Collaborate with key partners in procurement, marketing, sales, and finance. Support the development of key performance indicators. Highlight capacity constraints and work on resolution with manufacturing teams. Manage inventory entitlement to sustain global supply health. Keys to Success: Education: Bachelor degree or Associate degree is preferred. Consideration may be given to those who hold 5+ years of dynamically responsible and relevant work experience. High school diploma or GED is required. Experience: 3+ years in Supply Chain/Planning/Demand Planning experience. 3+ years experience working in a regulated CGMP manufacturing plant (preferably Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences industries). Inventory management experience. ERP system experience/knowledge. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge of inventory control techniques, confirmed understanding and application of planning functions related to Capacity Planning (CPS), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and interfacing systems (i.e., QA, Forecasting). Proven track record in leading multiple tasks within tight time frames. Experience using an ERP System, E1 preferred. MS Office experience specifically excel. Strong balance of analytical skills and action orientation, combined with a practical approach to business, to drive balanced results with determination. Influential, personable, and data-driven, especially with decision-makers and operational teams. To work independently, typically initiating own tasks with input/mentorship from manager. Ability to work well in a global organization within Operations and with external clients. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $66,000.00$99,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
