Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA)
position will be responsible for collaborating with Business Process Analysts, Implementation Analysts, and Operations teams to deliver internal and external data insights. The goal is to better track and identify trends. All reporting should originate from a single-source analytics tool, with the
BIA
managing, modifying, and creating reports and dashboards. The
BIA
will perform ad hoc analyses and reconciliations for internal and external clients. The
BIA
will act as a liaison between Business Units and the Knipper Data Services team. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying patterns in data, common denominators, and making data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support their goals and objectives. Sponsorship is not being offered for this role. Responsibilities
Developing and managing business intelligence solutions to support organizational decision-making. Preparing reports and providing insights to management to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Performing ad-hoc research and analysis, including generating reports and visualizations as requested. Creating data extracts, reports, and dashboards. Consolidating and optimizing reports to eliminate redundancy. Building tools to identify data discrepancies and facilitate timely resolutions. Supporting data analytics platforms (e.g., DOMO). Collaborating with teams to understand client needs and objectives. Analyzing business requirements and processes, and recommending improvements to management. Identifying development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability. Translating documented requirements into design specifications and documentation, adhering to Knipper standards and procedures. The above duties are representative and not exhaustive. Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in computer science, statistics, economics, accounting, or related field. 3-5+ years of data analysis and visualization experience. Experience working with stakeholders to produce Key Performance Metrics. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong algorithmic and computational abilities. Proficiency with Excel, CSV, text file data manipulation. Experience with MS Office, SQL, ETL tools, desktop databases, and Python is a plus. Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to work independently. Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a relevant field. Data Science and Analytics experience or education. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
