Specialty Sales Associate/Uniforms - $500 Recruitment Incentive
Job Summary:
As a Specialty Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company. You will highlight our brand and image while contributing to building our reputation as a company that values its customers and their opinions. Your specialty knowledge will enable you to assist customers and help them recognize the need for our products and services. You must be capable of learning about our offerings and articulate our purpose in an educational, insightful, and professional manner. A positive and outgoing nature that enjoys serving others and making a positive impact is essential. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service:
Proactively engage with customers, ask questions, listen to their needs, and inform them about merchandise, upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card, etc. Provide premier customer service, build positive relationships, and demonstrate product features and comparisons. Organization:
Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Sales:
Cross-sell and upsell products, suggest latest trends and promotions based on customer needs, and leverage company tools to provide product knowledge. Use POS systems for transactions, handle paperwork, and manage special orders. Inventory:
Manage merchandise inventory, participate in periodic inventories, and ensure proper stock levels. Dependability:
Adhere to work schedules and follow through on assignments. Qualifications: In-depth product knowledge, including warranties and features. 1-2 years of retail or relevant experience; 6 months of product-specific experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math skills, including use of calculator and percentage calculations. Ability to multi-task, work as part of a team, and problem-solve customer needs. Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for extended periods, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Indoor and outdoor work depending on location. Other Skills:

Flexible, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience & Education:
