As a Member Services Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working with members to meet their financial needs and build strong relationships with them.Greets and welcomes members to the credit union in a courteous and professional mannerEfficiently processes account cash and check transactions including but not limited to; transfers, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, check requests, purchase of money orders, and VISA gift cards, stamps etc.Accurately balances daily work in required time frameProvides superior service and adheres to the credit union's quality service standardsProtects the credit union member assets by identifying all members when transacting business and giving information, adhering to security practicesAssists members with problem resolution for basic account issuesCompetent utilization of multiple systems, including but not limited to Card Wizard, Jabber and TravelexConducts check negotiations and determines holds according to credit union policy and established authorityHOW TO EXCEL AS A MEMBER SERVICES SPECIALISTHigh school diploma or equivalency requiredUp to six months of experience with cash handling or customer service experience preferredARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to serving our members, please apply today with our 3-minute, mobile-friendly application.
