IT Delivery Lead/Project Manager

We are seeking for IT Delivery Lead for our Direct Client. This is hybrid role in Detroit, MI. Position - IT Delivery Lead Pay Rate - $60/hour on W2. Duration - 9 months contract. ***Need only local resources*** QUALIFICATIONS: Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and driving complex projects across multiple teams Minimum 2 years experience working on cybersecurity projects and familiarity with cybersecurity technology and jargon Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills Required Skills/Experience: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels Strong ability to use MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, PlanView, JIRA, etc. Strong familiarity with waterfall and Agile methodologies Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills Strong communication skills to effectively drive technical and business discussions Solid focus on execution of projects Effective management of issue resolution and risk mitigation OpTech is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
