A utilities client in Downtown Houston is hiring a GIS Analyst to join their Right of Way/Land Team. The GIS Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Right of Way (ROW) Agent to review new and existing files in Esri and then transferring them into ArcGIS Pro. Daily responsibilities will include reading through existing files (easement documents, GIS records, surveys, agreements, etc.) and new files, manipulating and correcting the files, and transferring them into ArcGIS Pro. Other responsibilities include correcting records within FileNet, document drafting, and ensuring the information is correct tied to each document. This individual must work on site 5 days per week, 8am-5pm.
