Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint."The future is circular"Develop deep relationships with key customers by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer's supply chain, business needs and trends in order to evaluate packing needs, anticipate and manage orders, identify opportunities to improve service, improve asset (crate) turns as well as maintain and expand the Vendor managed inventory program.RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Reconciliation Using independent judgment, develop the annual audit plan considering contractual requirements and cyclical coverage to include weekly and monthly inventory reconciliation, planning & executing annual audit, analysis of audit outcome, post audit review, adjustments, and corrective actions needed.With minimal oversight, coordinate all stock audits scheduling with third parties and customers.Analyse and evaluate business cases to support strategic decisions associated with lost equipment write-offs and/or billing.Manage the reporting hold process to ensure timely & accurate customer reporting practices.Customer Service Excellence Proactively manage & replenish customer inventory, utilize historical data to forecast usage, provide data analysis support for customer business. Ensure customer is a top priority for crate allocation. Report on delivery status and manage delivery.Manage and resolve customer service failures, on-time delivery issues, quality complaints and collaborate with sourcing, asset management, transportation, finance, warehousing operations, sales, and service centers to implement processes for continual improvement.Guide and instruct customers on proper IFCO on-boarding procedures and information regarding product specifications, order processes, reporting, label compliance, billing and returns.Reporting & Analysis Manage daily/monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements and accurately maintain customer databases.Create and establish RPC forecast with VMI tools, utilize SAP and VMI tools to recognize trends and assess impact to forecast and order decisions.Conduct VMI customer reviews to correct, sustain and improve delivery and inventory performance using VMI reporting tools on delivery, inventory, and sales.Act as Subject Matter Expert in IFCO reporting systems (MyIFCO) and EDI processes.Create presentations for quarterly business reviews and present information to customers.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree required.Strong Excel skills required.SAP experience preferred.Salesforce experience preferred.Transportation management system experience preferred.3+ years of customer service experience required.Knowledge of logistics, inventory, customer service, and transportationExperience in process developmentAt IFCO, we believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant, more competitive, and more resilient company.
