About the Role: We're looking for a dependable
Senior Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about food, can lead by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll help prepare and execute dishes to our quality standards, support kitchen operations, and set the tone for a smooth, efficient service.
Schedule: Early Morning to Mid-Afternoon shifts (between 3:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Must be available
weekends and some holidays 20 - 29 hours per week Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards Help with prep work and organization for events and daily service Lead team in maintaining high food quality, cleanliness, and safety Ensure kitchen meets health code and company guidelines Work with team to deliver consistent, timely service Train and guide kitchen staff as needed Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant or kitchen experience required Experience with line cooking, scratch cooking, or prep Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation Able to work under pressure in a hot, fast-paced kitchen Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive, team-first attitude with great attention to detail Benefits:
