You'll work independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.Daily Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems (including hydraulic, pneumatic, and gear/drive systems)Troubleshoot and edit PLC programs (Allen Bradley & Siemens)Perform preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtimeCollaborate on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projectsSupport training and mentoring of junior techniciansFollow all PPE and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environmentWhat Makes This Role Exciting?Autonomy & Ownership: Take charge of your area, make real-time decisions, and serve as a go-to expertTechnology-Focused: Work with cutting-edge industrial automation and systemsProblem-Solving Culture: No two days are the same, you'll be challenged and engagedClear Growth Path: We're committed to developing talent, and your success will be recognized with three performance reviews in your first yearWhat We're Looking For 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and editing (Allen Bradley & Siemens) Strong mechanical skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Willingness to assist with light mechanical tasks as needed Commitment to safety, compliance, and high performance?
