Responsibilities

Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of networks and systems through regular monitoring and proactive audits Oversee major IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and planned outages with defined timeframes and minimal disruption Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization Manage IT budgets and resource allocation, providing regular reporting to senior leadership Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring continued skills development Evaluate, implement, and enhance software and hardware solutions to meet evolving organizational needs Develop and deliver training programs to support staff adoption of new technologies and tools Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with key stakeholders Continuously identify ways to improve system performance, security, and user experience Ensure compliance with internal and industry-standard security protocols

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration 8+ years of progressive experience in IT systems and infrastructure, including a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle Hands-on experience with Oracle systems is required Demonstrated success in managing IT operations within high-rate production or manufacturing environments Solid background in networking, systems administration, and project management Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills Adept at balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operations Experience developing IT roadmaps and managing change in a fast-moving environment
