From budgeting to reporting to cross-departmental analysis, your fingerprints will be on the numbers that shape our strategy. Position Summary
We're looking for a
Data Analyst
who excels at uncovering financial insights, improving operational visibility, and enabling smarter decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of
Accounting, Finance, and Data , supporting key financial initiatives and operational performance tracking through robust, well-structured data. Youll be an integral part of a growing data ecosystem, building dashboards, validating pipelines, modeling scenarios, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance, operating margins, cash flow, and expense trends across the business. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using
Looker Studio
and
Databricks SQL . Support
budgeting ,
forecasting , and
variance analysis
through reliable, structured data sets. Reconcile financial reporting systems with operational data sources in partnership with Accounting. Model financial scenarios and develop what-if analyses to support strategic planning. Collaborate with the tech/data team to ensure financial data pipelines and transformations are accurate and well-documented. Monitor KPIs for
Finance ,
Procurement , and
Operations ; provide insight on improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications
2+ years in a
data analyst
or
financial analyst
role. Strong proficiency with
SQL ,
Excel , and querying large datasets. Experience in
Databricks ,
Snowflake , or similar BI environments. Strong understanding of
financial statements ,
cost accounting ,
budgeting , and
forecasting . Experience with reporting tools such as
Looker Studio ,
Power BI ,
Tableau , or
BigQuery . Excellent attention to detail and ability to validate/reconcile data across systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Acumatica
or similar ERP systems. Background in
manufacturing ,
CPG , or
ecommerce finance
environments. Familiarity with
inventory management ,
general ledger systems , or
cost center reporting . Understanding of
data warehousing ,
ETL pipelines , or
Python
