Job Summary
Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure defect-free products functioning as designed. Designs and installs sophisticated testing equipment, performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality, and minimizes defects and failures. Analyzes reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Collaborates with suppliers on quality issues, ensures effective corrective actions, and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs.

Essential Functions
Establishes quality standards and suggests modifications to prevent defects.
Works with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
Audits production processes, raw materials, and suppliers to ensure standards are met.
Conducts root cause analysis for defects and non-conformities.
Ensures compliance with external standards such as ISO 9001.
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree and 8-10 years of experience OR equivalent relevant education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Degree in Quality or Engineering preferred.
Knowledge of RCCA techniques, ERP, and CAD software. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain stationary at a desk/computer for extended periods.
Regular movement within GD-OTS facilities.
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal hazards.
Travel Requirements
No or minimal travel expected.
