$25.00 per hour + eligible for bonus program As a Warehouse Coordinator IV, candidates will be a pivotal force in providing leadership and guidance to a team. This role involves advanced customer support, team management, process optimization, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the department. Candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and team performance. Responsibilities Team Leadership Provide leadership and direction to a team of Customer Service Representatives Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement Advanced Customer Support Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy Serve as a main point of contact, often being 100% customer-facing Manage multiple customer accounts Team Development and Training Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and guidance for professional growth Complex Issue Resolution Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary Take ownership of customer problems and coordinate efforts for prompt resolution Quality Assurance Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to company policies and service standards Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Reporting and Analysis Generate and analyze reports to track customer service metrics and performance Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement Qualifications High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in customer service are beneficial 35 years experience in warehouse, customer service, logistics, terminal operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook Benefits Yusen offers a comprehensive Employee Benefits Package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance starting the 1st of the month following start date 401k with company match Standard 10 days PTO Eligible for bonus plan Flexible Spending Accounts, Life and AD&D Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Tuition Assistance, Commuter Benefits, and more All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan policies, available upon request from Human Resources.
