Role Overview: As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations while taking ownership of the beverage program. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities: Beverage Management:
Oversee the beverage program, including inventory, ordering, and menu development. Collaborate with bartenders to create seasonal cocktails and curate wine pairings. Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.
Leadership & Operations:
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service aligned with The Garden Room's standards. Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
Guest Experience:
Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
Financial & Administrative:
Monitor budgets, labor costs, and revenue targets. Analyze sales trends to optimize the beverage menu and overall profitability.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in restaurant and beverage management, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting (Michelin or Forbes rated preferred). Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology, with a passion for innovation. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
