We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinkingIT Architectto lead the design and alignment of enterprise-wide technology solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic goals, define architectural direction, and ensure scalable, sustainable solutions that align with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and technical leadership to define and document business needs and solution requirements. Design and communicate current and future state architecture diagrams to ensure stakeholder alignment across all architecture disciplines. Oversee solution development and ensure adherence to architectural standards and governance. Develop and maintain strategies, roadmaps, best practices, templates, and standards. Maintain and evolve catalogs of core IT assets. Conduct independent architectural assessments and evaluations. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively, balancing priorities and deadlines. Promote team collaboration, recognize contributions, and help build a high-performing team culture. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution design and implementation. Broad business process knowledge across areas such as sales & marketing, supply chain, inventory, logistics, procurement, plant maintenance, food safety & quality, animal welfare, environmental management, finance, HR, and more. Proven experience building IT strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders. Strong familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance practices. Working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Experience with a diverse range of technologies including cloud (SaaS/IaaS), virtualization, ERP systems, custom applications, integrations, reporting platforms, databases, servers, O365, security solutions, and DR strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for documentation and presentation.
