Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic BI Developer to join our team. This role offers opportunities for growth in business intelligence and data analytics, focusing on data analysis and visualization to support data-driven decision-making. Work Schedule:
Hybrid, with three days per week at our headquarters. Support Solution Design:
Assist in gathering business requirements and help design BI solutions under senior guidance. Data Modeling Assistance:
Learn to develop and maintain data models, perform profiling, and support data cleansing and transformation activities. Dashboard Development:
Collaborate on creating dashboards, reports, and analytics tools. Data Integration Support:
Help integrate data from various sources to build comprehensive data models. Performance Optimization:
Contribute to making dashboards efficient and responsive. Data Governance Awareness:
Support data quality, security, and governance standards. User Training and Support:
Assist users in utilizing BI tools and promote self-service analytics. Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Documentation:
Help create and maintain technical documentation. Continuous Learning:
Keep updated on BI and visualization trends and technologies. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 plus discretionary bonus, employee ownership, and benefits. Qualifications include a bachelors degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience, basic knowledge of databases and SQL, strong analytical skills, good communication, eagerness to learn, and preferably experience with Qlik Sense.
