Role Overview
The Training Department plays a crucial role in connecting our customers to our software. The main purpose of this position is to assist our customers in smoothly transitioning to the Reynolds and Reynolds system and to provide training and support throughout the process. Travel Expectations
This position requires approximately 80% travel, both individually and with a team, to install and convert our software for customers. It involves meeting with dealership management to understand their needs, customizing the system accordingly, and training key personnel on its use. Remote Work and Support
When not onsite, you will support existing customers, prepare for upcoming visits, and follow up with recently installed clients from your home office. We will provide a company cell phone and laptop to facilitate remote work. Training Program
The training lasts approximately 2-3 months and includes department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor. You will learn about our products and automotive dealership operations, focusing on one area of the software during your product training, and assisting experienced representatives with customer setup and implementation. You will also have opportunities to see Reynolds solutions in action at automotive dealerships. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to travel 80% of the time Outgoing, friendly personality Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the past five years Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
