Responsibilities And Qualifications Responsibilities Develop and maintain a proficient team to execute MACs in accordance with established procedures. Utilize existing bench stock materials to complete MAC tasks efficiently. Follow JSP's change management process to track and execute MACs. Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring problems. Track MAC requests via service request tickets. Respond, coordinate, and manage all Change Requests. Update the Configuration Management Database. Treat customer requests that are out of scope of MACs as new project Engineering Change Proposal requests. Provide additional effort for Voice MACs. Monitor network performance and ensure compliance. Document and report repair actions. Required Qualifications Experience: 5-10 years' experience. Certifications: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CND, Network Administrator / Engineer Certification, Computing Environment Certification. Work Environment And Physical Demands Location: Arlington, VA Type of environment: Office Noise level: Medium Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends.
